More Bricks for Legoland

Legoland Windsor has recently announced a £30 milllion investment for the hugely popular theme park. It is expected that a hotel will also be built upon the site. Sawyers Close Residents Association

Windsor Firefighters were recently sent a letter of support dated 22 February from Joan Carlton, Secretary of the Sawyers Close Residents Association. It reads;

Backing up the backers?

On the 21 February, Windsor Firefighters were called to a house blaze at Anscolf Road, in the Britwell area of Slough. The Windsor pump was backing up the 2 Slough appliances due to the severity of this fire and were in attendance for 1 1/2 hours.

Praise from the FBU General Secretary

Fire within the Grounds of Windsor Castle

This morning at 08-32 hours, Windsor Firefighters were called to the Royal Farm shop, Datchet Road, Old Windsor. They were sent to a report of a gas cylinder on fire and were backed up by a Slough appliance, plus a Control vehicle from Reading.
